By using this site and placing an order, you agree to all terms and policies outlined below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We offer Free Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) on most products. Shipping charges apply to all handmade or personalized items, as noted in each product description. Shipping time begins once your order has shipped—not when it is placed.
Long-lead items are clearly indicated and may take three weeks or longer for delivery. Please plan accordingly.
Currently, we offer only standard shipping. Handmade items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) at standard ground rates. Tracking is not available for handmade items at this time. Additional shipping options may be added in the future, and any updates will appear here.
Shipping Rates
Most products include free standard shipping.
Handmade items will display applicable shipping charges at checkout.
If additional shipping options become available, rates will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and method selected.
Shipping & Delivery During Peak Periods
Please note that processing and delivery times may vary during high-volume seasons, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. While we work hard to process and ship orders promptly, delays can occur due to increased carrier demand, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
Some products may ship from international locations and will be identified as long-lead items in their descriptions.
All handmade items are shipped from the USA.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note: handmade items do not include tracking.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
